For the wild garlic tagiatelle with smoked salmon, first peel the shallot and cut into fine cubes.
Then cut the salmon and wild garlic into strips and the young onion into rings.
Sauté all the ingredients except the wild garlic in olive oil and deglaze with the soup, bring to the boil briefly and then add the yogurt.
Season to taste with salt, ground pepper and lemon juice. Cook the tagiatelle according to the package instructions.
Add the wild garlic to the sauce and toss the tagliatelle briefly in it. Serve the wild garlic tagliatelle immediately.
