Knead a dough from salt, butter, flour and lard and roll out on a floured work surface to a diameter of 20 cm. Spread out a baking pan with the dough. Prick the dough several times with a fork and bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Fry the ham in its own fat in a frying pan for about 3 minutes, then drain on kitchen paper and form on the bottom.
Season the eggs whipped with cream with salt and freshly ground pepper, cut the washed wild garlic into strips about 1 cm wide, mix carefully and form on the bottom.
Bake the quiche in the oven for about 35 minutes until golden brown. It can then be eaten hot or cooled.
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
