Preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Coarsely chop the zucchini, clean the bell bell pepper and also divide into coarse pieces.
Chop lean ham, zucchini, onion, garlic and bell bell pepper very finely in a food processor. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
Fold in cheese, spread mixture on toasts and bake for about 15 minutes.
Serve the vegetable toasts while still hot.
