For the Turk’s Mortar in the microwave, mix the corn semolina, weak 2 cups of water, salt, gram or fat in microwave dishes.

Cook for 5 minutes at 750 watts, stir well and cook again for 2 minutes. Dress with melted grammel lard.

Serve the turkish mush in the microwave.
