Cut the leek into rings, steam in salted water for 3 min, keep warm. Cut the cooked ham into cubes and roast. Top the turkey cutlet with 1 soup spoon of leek and the ham cubes, drizzle with soy sauce, roll up and pin. Heat the butter, fry the roulade until hot, add chicken soup and steam for 30 minutes. Remove the roulade. Thicken the sauce with coffee cream, season with soy sauce and pour over the roulade. Toss the noodles in the still hot frying pan and add to the roulade together with the remaining leek.
