For the turkey escalopes with orange-ginger sauce, peel and finely chop the shallots.

Wash the turkey escalopes, cut away any fat edges and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the ginger and grate finely on a vegetable grater.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion well. Dust with flour, stir through and deglaze with the orange juice.

Mix the crème fraîche with the ginger, add to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Sear the turkey escalopes in a second pan and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Add orange liqueur to the sauce.

Place the meat on a platter, empty the sauce over it and serve the turkey escalopes with orange-ginger sauce immediately.
