For the egg white cake, melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and then let cool. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and then gently fold the almonds and flour into the whites.

Finally, gently fold in the chocolate-butter mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan and bake at 175 degrees (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.

Let the egg white cake cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
