Instructions:

To make the Toffifee cakes, warm the milk slightly (approx. 37 °C) and melt the butter in it. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form into a ball and let rest covered for about 20 minutes.

Divide into 10 equal pieces, round and let rest again for approx. 10 min. Flatten the dough balls slightly, place Toffifee in the center, close to form a ball and place in a buttered baking dish.

Cover the booklets with a kitchen towel and let rest for about 3/4 hour. Bake at about 170 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Arrange the Toffifee Buchteln and serve.
