For the stuffed eggs with salmon, hard boil eggs. Rinse, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, mash with a fork and whisk with butter until foamy.
Retain one slice of the smoked salmon, finely chop the rest and stir into the butter and egg mixture. Season cream with Worcester sauce and mustard. Fill into a piping bag and squirt back into the egg half.
Cut the rest of the salmon into strips and garnish eggs with them. Serve the stuffed eggs with salmon sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill.
