Instructions:

Wash fillets, pat dry and place on a perforated cooking container. Chop chili pepper, mix with garlic.

Brush fillets with butter and spread garlic-chili mixture on top. Grate ginger over the top. Cover with parsley and marjoram.

Cook the spicy salmon fillets in the steamer at 70 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
