Make on low heat for 20 min, until the pumpkin is soft, set aside a few cubes, mash soup and season with salt, ground pepper, garnish with the pumpkin cubes, chopped parsley and 100 g of toasted shredded coconut. Serve in a hollowed pumpkin.
