For the spelt penne with grapes and chicken strips, first peel the shallot and cut into small cubes, the chicken breast into thin strips.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
Fry the shallots, grapes and chicken strips with a little sunflower oil until hot on all sides. Remove from the pan, deglaze with white wine, add whipping cream and reduce slightly.
Add chicken strips and grapes again and let simmer for a while. Shortly before serving, stir the parsley leaves and walnuts into the spelt penne with grapes and chicken strips and season with salt and pepper.
