For the Kaiserschmarrn, sprinkle the corn with lemon juice and arrange on a flat plate.
Prepare a batter with eggs, flour and milk, fry it out in a hot pan with oil, pick it apart with a fork and pour the Schmarrn over the corn.
Peel the mango, cut two slices into small pieces, cut them as fans and arrange them decoratively on the plate.
Cut the rest of the mango into cubes, mix with honey, cinnamon and brown sugar and serve.
