For the flour pancake, whisk well the milk, sugar, eggs and salt. Finally, briefly stir in the flour.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in enough mixture to make a slice about 1 to 1.5 cm thick.

The disc should be baked until golden brown on both sides. When it is done, either break it into small pieces with a turner or tear it into small pieces by hand.

Finally, sprinkle the flour schmarren with powdered sugar.
