Mix leek slices, onion slices, carrot slices, celery tuber strips, tomato slices, red and green peppers all together, season a little bit with salt, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of granulated soup seasoning.
Coat the inside of the clay dish with oil.
Cooking time approx. 60 min at 220 °C .
Our tip: Use young, tender carrots!
