Instructions:

Place the raclette machine on the table and warm the dinner plates.

Remove the squid rings from their packaging and arrange them on one side of a large platter in a pleasing manner; they will thaw until the raclette meal begins.

Drain the mussels and arrange them together with the crab tails also on the plate.

Cut the mackerel about 4 cm pieces and add them to the seafood on the plate.

Roughly grate the cheese on a grater. Remove the peel from the garlic, chop it finely, mix it into the cheese and arrange it in a small bowl, as well as the caviar.

Cut the baguettes into slices and bake them on the cover plate of the raclette machine.

Each participant fills their dessert bowl with a few rings of the octopus, some crab tails, mussels and pieces of mackerel. Sprinkle one or two teaspoons of grated cheese over the frutti di mare and let it melt in the raclette machine.

In the meantime, bring the well hot dinner plates to the table, scrape the contents of the pans onto the plates and eat each unit with a little caviar and with baguette.
