Homemade baby food – First complementary food.

For the parsnip-pea-lamb porridge, wash, peel and slice the parsnip. Trim the lamb well (remove tendons and fat) and cut into cubes. Boil the meat and parsnip pieces together in a little water until soft. Drain and collect the cooking water.

Wash, peel and dice the potato. Boil separately in a little water until soft. Mix meat, vegetable and potato cubes and puree with a hand blender. Depending on the desired consistency, add a little more cooking water. Now stir in the canola oil and fruit juice.

If necessary, let the parsnip-parsnip-lamb porridge cool down to eating temperature.
