For the potato soup, peel and dice the potatoes, wash and slice the carrots, chop the onions and garlic. Sauté the onions in olive oil until translucent.

Sauté garlic briefly and add vegetable soup. Add lemon juice. Add carrot and potato pieces, marjoram and bay leaf to the soup and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove the bay leaf. Puree the potato soup with a blender and season to taste.
