For the hot air fryer potatoes, first peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the potato pieces under running water.

Drain in a colander or colander. Line a bowl with at least 2 sheets of paper towels. Put the potato pieces on it and shake it, this way the potato pieces should become dry.
