Cooked potatoes are best left in the icebox for one night, then grate when cooled. Freshly cooked they usually stick together too much! Mix with sour cream to a spreadable cream. Mix in pepper, mustard, salt, finely chopped onion, and pressed garlic to taste.

Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
