For the pea soup, first prepare a roux.

For this, melt butter in a saucepan – add flour as needed (until it becomes a viscous mass). Pour water and boil for 20 minutes.

Add peas and crumbled soup cubes and simmer for another 10-15 min. At the end garnish with parsley and serve.
