For the pasta with arugula, tomatoes and hemp oil, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente. Then drain in a colander. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Wash and halve the tomatoes. Sauté onion and garlic in a pan with oil, add tomatoes and saute briefly. Deglaze with a little water and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the pasta with the sauce, stir in washed arugula and refine with parmesan and hemp oil just before serving. Serve the pasta with arugula, tomatoes and hemp oil.
