For the sausage goulash prepare potatoes. Finely dice the onion and sauté in oil, stir through with goulash seasoning and pour in soup, season with salt and pepper, simmer over low heat.

Cut the sausages into slices. Rinse cooked potatoes, peel and dice, add to goulash juice. Add sausages and bring to the boil, serve with bread rolls.
