For the pasta salad all’ italiana, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until nice and al dente.

In the meantime, cut the meat into bite-sized cubes, fry 1 tablespoon of oil briefly and pour in enough water to cover everything. Now simmer the meat for about 15-20 minutes.

Strain the noodles and put them aside. Then strain the meat and set aside as well. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Peel the onion and finely dice it as well. Now in a large bowl (or pot) mix the pasta, meat and vegetables.

Drizzle this mixture with plenty of olive oil (it can be a few tablespoons) and season with spices (salt, pepper and garlic). Finally, sprinkle with basil and mix everything well.
