Roll out the puff pastry and spread it on a cake springform pan, raising the edge. For the topping, fry the onions and bacon, add the sliced leek and spread evenly on the cake base. For the glaze, prepare a bechamel with butter, flour and milk, mix in eggs, curd cheese and spices. Pour the glaze on the cake. Bake in the oven heated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
