For the omelets, mix the milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Heat a part of the fat according to the number of people in a frying pan on medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture in proportion to the number of people and cook. Do not turn to the other side! Cook more omelets according to the number of people in the same way. You can also push the omelets together a little bit to the center of the pan or fold them over each other, topped with different ingredients.
For the particular preparation:
Toss the shrimp in butter and add on top.
Stir the chopped kitchen herbs into the egg mixture.
Stir the cheese into the egg mixture and arrange with a few olives.
Place the precooked broccoli florets on the egg mixture form and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
Place the precooked spinach on the egg mixture and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
Warm the smoked fish in the egg mixture and sprinkle with the dill.
Add the ham cut into strips and the cheese on top, sprinkle with black pepper and chive rolls.
Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
