For the nut honey cake, mix butter with eggs and honey in the machine for about 5 minutes, add the whipped cream. Mix flour with baking powder, then stir in the spice and nuts, mixing everything together with a spatula.
Pour the dough into a greased, floured, large round cake pan – mine is 26 cm in diameter. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, then do the first test.
Turn the cake out of the pan and let it cool. Put chocolate in a nylon bag, melt in the microwave at 600 degrees for one minute.
Cut off a corner of the bag and spread the liquid chocolate over the surface of the cake. Sprinkle with colored sugar.
