Nougat Vanilla Liqueur

For the nougat vanilla liqueur, bring the whipping cream and vanilla sugar to the boil and dissolve the diced nougat in it.

Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar until foamy, slowly stir in the hot nougat cream. Allow to cool.

Add rum and fill into a bottle, add vanilla pod. Put the nougat vanilla liqueur in a cool place.
