Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Make the pasta in a saucepan with boiling hot water and a tiny bit of salt 4-5 min. Drain thoroughly, rinse under cold running water and drain thoroughly again.
Toss the noodles in 1 tbsp peanut oil.
Heat the remaining oil in a preheated wok. Add the beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring throughout.
Add the crushed garlic and grated fresh ginger to the wok form and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the carrots, bell bell pepper, celery and green onions and stir-fry for about 2 min.
Add the dark brown sugar, dry sherry, dark soy sauce and chili sauce to the mixture in the wok and make 1 minute.
Add in the noodles, mix well and stir-fry until all ingredients are hot.
Pour the noodles into preheated serving bowls and bring to the table on the spot.
Color and flavor will vary – try broccoli, red bell bell pepper, bean pods and baby corn.
