For the mashed potatoes with chard and sausage, peel and chop the garlic. Peel the potato, cut into small pieces and boil in salted water until soft.
Drain the water, mash the potatoes with a potato masher, add butter and milk and mix well with a whisking rod, season with garlic and nutmeg.
Wash the chard, remove the stems and blanch in boiling water, then squeeze well and chop finely. Mix into the puree.
Cut the sausage diagonally and fry all around in a coated pan. Arrange the mashed potatoes on plates and place the sausage on top.
Serve the mashed potatoes with chard and sausage.
