For the mango marzipan pizza, lay out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and bend it up a bit at the edges. Prick the dough several times.

In the meantime, mash the marzipan with a fork and mix with a little water. Beat the egg whites, add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the rapeseed oil, the marzipan and finally the almonds and mix thoroughly.
