Honey Glazed Salmon

Remove the skin from the garlic, chop finely and mix in a baking bowl with honey, vinegar and soy sauce. Season sauce with pepper. Rinse salmon, rub dry and sear in a frying pan with hot oil on the skin side until the skin is crispy.

Turn the fish to the other side, fry briefly more, and glaze with the sauce and keep warm.

Serve with cucumber salad with peanut pesto (separate recipe).
