Clean and peel the liver, dry it with kitchen towel and cut it into fine strips. Season with the spice mixture, heat butter/light butter. Roast the liver strips in it until they turn brown/grey (goes quite quickly). Remove, then keep warm.
Peel the apple, remove the core, throw it in the organic waste, cut the apple into small pieces. Drain the slice of pineapple and also cut into small cubes.
Fry the fruit in the fat, add the water, bring to the boil and mix in the gravy (from the bag or a small box), bring to the boil, add the liver strips again and heat, refine with sour whipped cream or crème fraîche. In any case, do not bring to a boil.
Serve: Long grain rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, simply whatever you like.
