For the grilled bananas, first preheat the oven grill to 150 °C.

Roughly chop the almonds and dry roast them in a pan until they begin to smell fragrant.

Brush an ovenproof dish with olive oil.

Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and place them round side down in the ovenproof dish.

Then drizzle with the honey.

Put the ovenproof dish in the oven for about 10 minutes and grill the bananas.

Remove, sprinkle with almonds and serve the grilled bananas immediately.
