For the recipe Greek Strudel, remove visible tendons from the chicken breast. Cut into cubes about 1 x 1 cm. Cut the leek into fine rings. Cut off the blossom and stem end of the zucchini and cut into cubes. Remove the stalk, seeds and white skin from the bell pepper and also cut into cubes. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Pluck thyme and oregano leaves from the branches and chop finely. Pit olives if necessary.

Heat olive oil in a pan and brown chicken cubes in it. Add vegetables and garlic and continue to sauté. Remove from heat and season with herbs and spices.

Prepare the puff pastry according to package directions and place on a baking sheet. Spread the filling on the pastry and sprinkle the olives and cubes of feta cheese on top. Roll up into a strudel – the seam side should come to the bottom. Brush the Greek strudel with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
