Instructions:

Mix buttermilk with yeast and sugar.

Mix flour, salt, orange zest and flavorings and stir in the egg.

Knead everything and finally knead in the margarine.

Divide into desired pieces, form into balls, place on a baking sheet and let rest for about 45 minutes.

Bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

Then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture.
