1 pinch salt
80 g sugar
125 g raisins
lemon peel, grated
1 pork cheek, cured, smoked
Mix all ingredients to a dough and fill it into a linen cloth, tie the harness tightly.
Put the bag and the pork cheek in a saucepan with boiling hot water and make in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
The flour bag is cut into slices and served with fruit syrup or possibly with melted butter and sugar. The pork cheek is cut into slices and served with boiled, peeled potatoes.
