For the stuffed pancakes with spinach and feta cheese, first mix milk, eggs, flour and salt to a smooth batter. Bake the dough in portions in a pancake pan in hot oil to form thin pancakes.
For the filling, mix the eggs with the thawed spinach leaves, whipped cream and garlic. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and fold in. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Fill the pancakes and wrap twice to form a quarter circle.
For the glaze, mix egg, whipped cream and milk and brush the pancakes with it. Cook the filled pancakes with spinach and feta cheese in the oven at 160 °C for half an hour.
