Instructions:

For the egg dish with ham, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper using a fork.

Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the egg mixture together with a dash of whipped cream.

Melt a small piece of butter in a pan and add the eggs. Allow the egg mixture to set very briefly and then stir with a wooden spoon until the egg is no longer raw.

Serve the egg dish with ham with freshly chopped chives.
