Peel the potatoes and cut into coarse slices.
Grease a gratin dish and layer potato slices, salami cubes and chives alternately in it.
Mix eggs, whipped cream, curd cheese and flour and season to taste.
Pour the quark sauce over the casserole and place everything together in the microwave form for 20 min at 600 watts.
