Roughly grate the raw potatoes. Rinse the leek well and cut into fine rings. Mix the grated potatoes with the leek, eggs and spices. Add the minced dried meat. Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with leaf salad or possibly served with apple puree.
Tip: Always use aromatic spices to refine your dishes!
