For the chicken rice with peppers and olives, divide the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan and brown chicken. Add rice and pour water. Season well with pepper and salt.

Add bell bell pepper cut into strips, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on lowest heat for about 20 minutes.

Serve the chicken rice garnished with olives and a slice of lemon on each side.
