For the curd-herb pralines, clean, wash and finely dice peppers. Fry bacon in a pan until crisp, let cool and chop finely. Drain peppercorns, drain tangerines and chop coarsely. Blend Qimiq until smooth, mix with cream cheese and divide into three portions. Stir 3/4 of the diced peppers into one portion, mix the 2nd portion with 3/4 of the peppercorns and bacon, and mix the 3rd portion with the tangerines. Season each cheese mixture with salt and pepper and form 8 balls each. Place in paper capsules and garnish with the remaining diced peppers, paprika, bacon, peppercorns, mandarins and pistachios.
