Strain the curd and mix with butter until very fluffy.

Stir in one egg and 1 tablespoon sugar at a time, then add breadcrumbs.

Preheat the oven to medium heat. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown.

Serve the curd cheese soufflé still warm either in the form or overturned.
