Fry the cubes of smoked bacon in a small dish. Roast the chopped onions until golden brown. Add the cucumber slices and tomatoes and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Season with paprika, salt and rosemary. Turn off the flame. Stir in the cream. Serve sprinkled with dill and borage.
Serve with grainy cooked white bread or long grain rice.
