Mix the Landfrisch natural cream cheese and 60g Landfrisch spreadable butter olive in a bowl. Mix in the wheat flour, egg yolks and a pinch of salt. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into the dough as well. Form gnocchi (walnut size) and cook in boiling, lightly salted water. As soon as the gnocchi come to the surface, skim and drain. Brown the breadcrumbs in a pan with the remaining Landfrisch Butter Spread Olive (40 g) and turn the gnocchi in it. Arrange the hot gnocchi on 4 plates and serve with plum roast.
