(*) Baking sheet of the 28 cm ø For the dough finely grate flour with butter, form into a wreath.

Salt and water in the middle form, prepare into a ball of dough. Rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out dough to about 3 mm thick and line baking sheet. Prick with a fork.

For the filling, heat clarified butter, fry onions and ham together, cool a little. Spread evenly on the dough. Coarsely chop the steamed spinach leaves, form over it. Sprinkle tomato cubes on top and spread grated cheese evenly on top.

Mix the egg yolks, cream and milk with the spices, whip the egg whites until stiff, fold them into the mixture and spread everything on the cake.

Bake: in a heated oven at 180o C for about 35 min.
