Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. knead together flour, fat, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 egg until smooth. Chill the dough for 1 hour. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half.

Clean the chanterelles. Finely dice the onion.

Heat oil. Fry the mushrooms in it. Add onion and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Chop parsley, mix with remaining eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

3. roll out dough on a lightly floured surface (approx.

34 cm ø). Grease a quiche dish (approx. 28 cm ø), sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs and spread with the dough.
