For the cornflakes chicken, peel the skin off the chicken pieces the day before. Prepare a marinade of chicken seasoning and light oil, place the chicken pieces in the marinade overnight. Put cornflakes in a bowl and squeeze them with your hand to crush them.

The next day, turn the marinated chicken pieces in the cornflakes so that all sides are coated. Preheat the oven at 180°C, put the chicken pieces on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 30-40 minutes at about 180°C.
