Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Rinse the lovage, dab dry and chop finely. Roast the hemp seeds in a pan without fat until they are fragrant.
Place the tomato slices in a deep plate and sprinkle with onion, lovage and hemp seeds. Drizzle with a little hemp oil and raspberry vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
